Role Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Life Insurance and Property & Casualty Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on various life insurance and property & casualty products, helping them make informed decisions to safeguard their assets and loved ones. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations for life insurance and property & casualty coverage.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and exclusions of different insurance policies, guiding them through the selection and purchasing process.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process applications, and handle policy issuance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic policy reviews and proactively recommend updates or adjustments based on clients' changing circumstances.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance and property & casualty products
  • Hold valid licenses for life insurance and property & casualty lines in Indiana.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and underwriting guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software

Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
